The ladder
Start where you are. Foundations courses need no prerequisites; the certification tiers build on each other, and trainers are certified by observation — by demonstrating they can represent the material properly, not by passing a test.
The catalog
Every course is live and facilitated — in the room or fully online. None of them are recorded videos you watch alone.
The full eleven-step method. Days 1–3 build a Tier 1 organizational strategy (SIRF); days 4–5 cascade it into departmental maps, a prioritized roadmap, governance and a signed 90-day plan (SIRE).
Balanced Scorecard methodology applied at the level you actually control — your role and your function. Leave with a strategic intent statement, a functional strategy map, metrics that show contribution, and a 90-day plan.
The product edition of IVI, rebuilt end to end around the role. Make the roadmap read as strategy rather than a backlog — with outcome metrics past velocity and prioritization logic you can defend.
A decision gate for one specific proposed purchase. Test it against real organizational need, define what success would actually look like, and reach a documented go/no-go — before the contract is signed.
